The Professional Carrier Newspaper Route Manager handles customer accounts for one or more routes. It calculates billing rates and prints delivery and collection reports. You can also print custom form letters and address labels for all or a subset of your customers.
You can manage multiple routes and unlimited customers per route. Special routines simplify adding and ordering customers along a given delivery route. There are delivery and collection reports. You can print custom form letters and address labels for all or just a portion of the customer file. The program supports an unlimited number of custom rate codes to manage any kind of billing system you need.
ProCarrier calculates hold credits based on your custom rate codes. All customer activity is saved to a history file for easy review. Billing is automated, however, you can add specific charges or payments to a customer's account as needed. You can also track expenses for easy end of year reporting. You can choose to print invoices to an invoice form or alternately on an envelope.
Backup and Restore features are built into the program. You can save your data to diskettes, a zip drive or to another directory. Also, customer lists, charges, payments and expenses can be exported to pre-formatted Excel spreadsheets.
